Welcome to Kathmandu,
Tribhuvan International Airport. Nepal visa is available on arrival, present the signed form, 2 passport size photos and USD 40 per person. Collect your luggage and Meet our guide with your Name card on arrival parking area then drive to hotel. welcome Dinner in a fine dining with cultural show, enjoy local foods and drinks.
Second Day- preparation day for trekking and visit temple and monasteries, walk around stupas
Meet at our office in Kathmandu for trekking preparation, we handover Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS), Everest National park Ticket, flight Ticket to Lukla. today is best chance if to buy warm clothes, Trekking sticks, Bags or any necessary equipments for trek. in The afternoon visit Darbar square- Palace and temple, walk through local market, explore stupas and monasteries, get blessed from Holy man.
Third Day – magnificent flight to Lukla then walk through forest and sherpa settlement to Manju
collect boxed Breakfast at 6 A.M., drive to Kathmandu Domestic airport. it is about half an hour adventure flight with the great view of Himalayas in the northern side. after landing at Lukla airport, collect luggage, meet porters if you need. you may stop for Tea break. Now, you are ready to rock and roll for Everest base camp trekking. today’s hiking start with downhill walk via chaurikharka, last part of the walk is gentle uphill. reach at Manju for the night stay in a tea house.
Fourth Day- walk through terraces, rivers and climb uphill to climbers capital Namche Bazzar
start with hot tea and breakfast, continue to walk in the villages, some farming areas and river banks. cross a Hillary bridge then climb big uphill to Namche. Namche is the main door way to Everest trekking adventure and Expedition trip. today if weather permits have a glimpse of Everest while climbing.
Fifth Day- Halt day at Namche- Excursions to panoramic view points, sherpa museums
enjoy the clear morning view of snow capped peaks, local markets. attend the Tibetans market. you may need to do laundry, use cyber cafe of buy if you think you will need because is last market area to get stuffs. visit to Museums, national park office. hike to Syangboche and Khumjung.
Sixth Day- trekking to Dibuche via the biggest Tengboche Gompa of the region of Everest
have breakfast around 7 am, start walking before the crowd . enjoy the great view of mount Everest , amadablam and more. cross the river and straight climb to Tengboche Monastry, take time to take photos and visit. have lunch and continue to Debuche for overnight stay.
Seventh Day- Hiking to Pheriche, walk along the pasturelands and rivers and alpine forest
start in early morning with your heavy breakfast, walk through rhododendron forests, alpine vegetations. visit Pangboche Monastery, have tea coffee then continue to Pheriche.
Eighth Day- Acclimatization day at Pheriche. attend Himalayan rescue association talk if open
morning hike to the hill near behind the hotel, have lunch and attend Himalayan Rescue Association Talk.
Ninth Day- Trek to Lobuche via Thukla
today’s walk is not no lung but we are getting high enough already, morning walk start at 4200 meter. we walk slowly the uphill of Thulka, have tea and coffee. today you are above the tree line, can see only alpine grasses and some flowers like blue puppy.
Tenth Day- hike to Mount Everest base camp
your Dream brought you here, today we trek to Mount Everest base camp and Sleep at Gorakshep where Everest marathon start.
after breakfast trek to Base camp, carry 1.5 liter of water and some snacks, warm clothes, be prepared for cold wind. walk slowly in crevasse because we walk along the glaciers. stay mainly on the trails.
Eleventh Day- climb to kala Patther top (Black stone peak)
early morning three hours sunrise trip to Kalapathher, it is gentle steep hill. the best view of Mount Everest from the entire trekking route, best view of mount Pumori, glaciers, Nupse, lhotse, . stay here as long as you like then your climbing altitude is over. now we start head back to Lukla slowly.
Twelfth Day- Trip back to Khumjung
we slowly start hiking to Lobuche, Thukla, pangboche, phortse and Khumjung . overnight at Khumjung village the highest biggest settlement.
Thirteenth Day-trek to Chaurikharka (yak farm)
trek back with slow walk at downhill of Namche, cross hillray bridge, continue jorsalle exit National park check post and have lunch at Manjo or Phakding. overnight at Chaurikharkha.
Fourteenth Day- walk to Lukla airport
Trekking back to Lukla, enjoy the area, you may do some shopping , fare well with porters because they do not fly back to Kathmandu.
Fifteenth Day- fly Back to capital city airport, Tribhuvan International Airport.

Popular meal is DAL BHAT : rice lentils with vegetable curry. Nepalese foods are mostly vegetarian, meat is very occasional. during your trek, have morning tea then breakfast. we have big choices of open menu , a lot of choices of continental foods are available. try YAK steak, Sherpa stew, locally grown potatoes with great taste.
Note: keep protein energy bar handy in your bag some time while you are walking you may like to eat to make yourself stronger.
There are bottled mineral water easily available to buy, but our suggestion to save environment use iodine water, or boiled water, try to use less plastic bottles.
Adjust with Altitude, as we go higher the altitude, the steps are shorter in an attempt to avoid possible problems with the altitude sickness. Sherpa say that altitude like a yak, in English like the race of Rabbit and tortoise, at last Turtle wins the race. so be a turtle in the high altitude. drink a lot of water.
Walking time is just approximately, it may take longer or shorter so always take your own pace and enjoy the environment, do not compare your walking with others. Talk with your Body
